Ghetto Cowboy review. BOX CHEVY 7 IS GODLY. I think the first half of the album is the yelawolf I prefer but I enjoyed the second half. Yela has the potential to make the hardest rap/rock album ever I’m just waiting on that style. BC7, Here I Am, and UBK are my favorites.
In late 2019, Yelawolf launched his second tour of the year in support of the album, appropriately titled "The Ghetto Cowboy Tour". 2021–present: Yelawolf Blacksheep, TURQUOiSE TORNADO, Slumafia, Mile Zero and Mud Mouth. On February 19, 2021, Yelawolf released Yelawolf Blacksheep, an 11-track mixtape with fellow rapper Caskey.

Ghetto Cowboy is the sixth studio album by American rapper Yelawolf, released on October 31, 2019. It is his second independent studio album, after his 2005 debut Creekwater, and his first since departing from Eminem's imprint Shady Records, and its parent label, Interscope Records, following the release of Trunk Muzik 3 earlier in the year.

Ghetto Cowboy is an imperfect, yet pleasant surprise that I’m quite taken aback by, and I’d recommend going into it with an open mind as I’m sure just about anyone can find something great to jam out to, even though you’ll definitely be skipping over a few songs here and there. - 6.9/10 (Best Songs - Unnatural Born Killer, You and Me, Ghetto Cowboy)
