Otis R. Davis Obituary. Otis R. Davis was born August 13, 2001 in Monroe, Louisiana to Brandy Nicole Davis and Antron Robinson. He graduated from Richwood High School and immediately went to pursue a career in the Army National Guard. Once honorably discharged, he moved to Dallas, Texas and worked as a customer service attendant for Walmart.
