24 apr 2018 · Harold Clurman (1901-1980) was a respected American theatrical director, actor and drama critic. He attended Columbia University and University of Paris where he received his degree in 1923. In 1924, Clurman made his acting debut as an extra with the Greenwich Village Theatre.
