6 apr 1990 · The creators of Fallen must have studied The First Power pretty intensely. Of the two extremely similar films I prefer this one. For such a good blend on the Cop/Serial Killer/Supernatural Horror genres I am surprised this doesn't get more love. Especially since the killer is one of the more menacing ever.
