12 gen 2024 · The Miss Pacman Video, also known as the Ms. Pac-Man Video, refers to a viral gore video showing a Guatemalan woman named Alejandra Ico Chub whose hand had been dismembered and whose face had been cut in half horizontally to her ears, resembling the video game character Ms. Pac-Man. The video originally surfaced on the website Best Gore in 2018.
Drama. A film about a male nurse (James Coburn) working the night shift in a psycho ward who begins to lose his grip on reality. Directed by John Guillermin, responsible for the 1976 version of King Kong and The Towering Inferno, the film was released theatrically in Europe then recut and sold to television in North America.
John Guillermin's Mr. Patman (identified on the print I saw as Crossover) is one of the more interesting legacies of the late 70s Canadian tax-shelter boom. Like most of the films that came out of there, it has an imported star and director, and although filmed in Vancouver it's mostly vague about its setting - nothing about it tries to evoke or illuminate "Canadian" themes or issues.

Synopsis. Mr. Patman works as a nurse in the psychiatric ward of a Vancouver area hospital. He treats his patients with care and compassion, they who in turn like him. To each, they are like family. He has disdain, however, for the doctors due to their lack of compassion toward the patients. Otherwise, he is a relatively solitary and lonely man.
