How to use the FAQs. From the MyAccount homepage, select the 'Frequently asked questions' button. Type some keywords for your query into the 'Search FAQs' search bar. For example, if you’ve lost your ID card and need a new one, type ‘ID card’. Next, you’ll see your search results: a list of FAQs relevant to your search term.
