12 feb 2024 · We track oil leaving the four main Western Russian ports (Primorsk, Ust-Luga, Murmansk and Novorossiysk) and two main eastern ports (Kozmino and Prigorodnoye) using real-time vessel data to infer the amount and destination of exports. Russia will suspend oil loadings from the Baltic Sea ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga due to an expected storm, a spokesman for oil pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Thursday.
