Ray J 2011. William Ray Norwood, Jr., född 17 januari 1981 i McComb i Mississippi, bättre känd vid sitt artistnamn Ray J, är en sångare, låtskrivare, skådespelare och entreprenör. Ray J släppte sitt debutalbum, Everything You Want, 1995 och fick även en roll i den populära TV-serien "Moesha" där storasystern Brandy hade huvudrollen.

11 ago 2023 · He’s the younger brother of actress and R&B star Brandy. • At age eight, Ray J began acting in television commercials, and he starred in the Fox sitcom The Sinbad Show from 1993 to 1994. • Ray J’s big break came when he played Dorian "D-Money" Long on UPN’s Moesha, a role he held from 1999 to the series’ end in 2001.
Ray J got the role of Sinbad's foster son, but the show was canceled in 1993. From there, Ray J began acting in movies and appeared in the films Steel and Mars Attacks! with minor roles. At the same time, he was also itching to try his hand at the music industry, inspired by Brandy's early success.
