Head of Sailing, Paul Williams. Millfield’s Sailing programme works closely with the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy and Chew Valley Lake to provide equipment and specialist coaching. We regard cross country as a team sport with around 20 dedicated boys and girls across the age groups, attending training sessions. We run regular hill sessions off campus, interval sessions throughout woodland, speed play, as well as steady long distance running. Our athletes can also choose to join core stability training sessions.
