Dr Fariba Darabi is a Senior Lecturer in Management at Bangor Business School. Prior to joining academia in 2008 she had a successful career in International Business working for a range of companies including SMEs and multi-nationals. She has a wide range of leadership experience having led teams both in industry and academia.
