In 1888, Firuz Mirza's eldest son Soltan Abd-al-Hamid Mirza Naser-al-Dawla was given the title, and following his death in 1892, it was given to his younger brother Abdol-Hossein Farman Farma. References
Abdol-Hossein Mirza (1859-1939) was the patriarch of one of the most prominent Qajar families, the Farmanfarmaians, and one of the most influential politicians of his time in Persia. He was born to Prince Nosrat Dowleh Firouz Mirza (circa) 1859, and died in November 1939 at the age of 80.
His father, Abdol-Hossein Mirza Farman Farmaian, the grandson of Abbas Mirza and Fath-Ali Shah, was born in 1852, in Tabriz. He was known as “Salar Lashkar” and “Farman Farma”. He finished his elementary studies at Dar ul-Funun, after which he went to an Austrian school to learn military skills.
Abdol Aziz Farman-Farmaian was born is Shiraz in 1920 as the tenth son to Prince Abdol-Hossein Mirza Farmanfarma, at the time Governor General of the province of Shiraz. In 1928, at the age of 8 he was sent to school in France, where he remained for his primary, and secondary school at Lycée Michelet in Paris until 1938.

Abd-ol-Hossein Mirza Farmanfarma (en persan : عبدالحسین میرزا فرمانفرما) né en 1857 et mort en 1939) était le chef de l'une des plus influentes branches de la famille Kadjar. Né en 1857, il est le fils de Nosrat Doleh Firouz Mirza et de son épouse Hajieh Homa Khanoum. Abd-ol-Hossein était un cousin de Nassereddine Chah.
