Brief Synopsis. In the late 1800s, John, his wife Maidi, and their little boy David are shipwrecked. Washing up on a remote island, the family resign themselves to the probability that they might never be rescued. 16 lug 2015 · I assume that it rec'd some video release back in the day but I've never seen a copy. My memory is that at the time Scott was down on commercial cinema, and that he said something about quitting film after SAVAGE. I hypothesize that he thought the film would be a big hit, and that, when it wasn't, he went back to work to pay the bills.
