Wind Blast est loin d'être parfait, mais je suis un mordu du genre Western et celui-là est je crois bien le meilleur western contemporain que j'ai vu. Pendant 2 heures , c'est une grosse chasse à l'homme structuré comme un western spaghetti mais avec la formule HK d'action.Ce mix donne une vision unique et cohérente grâce à un réalisateur qui connaît parfaitement bien les codes.

However, it fails by giving us shadows of real characters, a weak to non-existent story, and awkwardly paced action segments that blast their way out of nowhere and disappear just as suddenly leaving us with long stretches of a wildly meandering film.

Wind Blast was, for me, one of the more intelligent Asian films of 2010. The narrative does requires you to think and keep alert. While the action guarantees that you do. The desert environment adds a western feel and the sand storm winds of the title paint a monochromatic almost alien backdrop to this Coen brother influenced film.
