Parts: The Clonus Horror was written by Bob Sullivan. The idea for the script came while Sullivan was taking a screenwriting class at the University of Southern California. The class was taught by Irwin Blacker, a story editor for Bonanza. The movie was directed by Sullivan's classmate Robert Fiveson.
