19 ago 2023 · The estate is roughly 20,000 acres in size and is mostly made up of forest, farmland and open moorland. For many years, visitors have flocked to Swinton Estate to enjoy the spectacular countryside in comfort. Most notably, since 2001, visitors can stay at the estate’s Swinton Park Hotel, which is the estate’s luxury castle hotel.
With eight beautifully furnished bedrooms, each boasting comfortable seating areas and opulent bathrooms, our Earls Rooms also have sweeping views of Swinton’s gardens and grounds. Choose from Thirsk, Castle Howard, Burton Agnes, Scarborough, Beverley, Aldborough or Haworth. Or Towler Hill, located in the Coach House.
Choose from Bedale, Jervaulx or Swaledale. Or Fearby or Ilton, located in the Coach House. All rooms are on the first or second floor, with double or twin accommodation and complimentary coffee/tea facilities. Each room includes mineral water, a hairdryer, robes, slippers, TV and phone. There is complimentary WiFi access throughout the hotel.
