4 giorni fa · Heavy metal quartet Mudvayne formed in Peoria, IL, in 1996, its members adopting the unusual pseudonyms sPaG (M. McDonough) (drums), Gurrg (G. Tribbett) (guitar), and Kud (Chad Gray) (vocals). The group's original bassist was replaced after two years by Ryknow (Ryan Martinie).
3 giorni fa · The Live Nation-produced tour, with special guests Mudvayne and All That Remains, kicks off August 2 in Rogers, Arkansas before wrapping in Nashville, Tennessee on September 28. Additional tour stops include Los Angeles (two shows), Las Vegas, Boston, St. Louis and many more (the full itinerary is below).
Eventually the band Mudvayne kept getting bigger and more successful and apparently some journalists/reviewers who also didn't listen to the albums they reviewed were lurking in the chat rooms I frequented because reviews started popping up claiming them as nu metal even though it was a joke that I had started to troll someone who was super into prog metal.
