4 giorni fa · 2 reviews. Kobarid to Rovinj best route. 1 Jun 2024, 4:21 am. As part of a longer trip we are driving from Kobarid to Rovinj in mid-June. We will have spent a couple of days in the Soca valley and plan on spending 3 days in Rovinj. There seem to be several routes we could take so which would people recommend as the most scenic and interesting.
