Karl George Lebrecht of Anhalt-Köthen (Köthen, 15 August 1730 – Semlin, 17 October 1789), was a German prince of the House of Ascania and ruler of the principality of Anhalt-Köthen.
Luigi era il figlio più giovane di Carlo Giorgio Lebrecht di Anhalt-Köthen e di sua moglie, Luisa Carlotta di Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg. Dal 1798 entrò nell'esercito del re di Danimarca come maggiore e qui ricevette la propria formazione militare.
Il Principato di Anhalt-Köthen fu un principato tedesco retto dall'omonima famiglia dal 1382 al 1847, e poi da 1847 al 1863 dagli Anhalt-Bernburg, come parte del Ducato di Anhalt. Nel 1396 viene fondato il principato con l'eredità del Principato di Anhalt-Zerbst che verrà suddiviso in Anhalt-Köthen e Anhalt-Dessau .
