1 giorno fa · La trama, pur intrigante, non può comunque restituire la complessità e la profondità di The Penitent – A Rational Man. Il merito va ascritto in prima battuta alla sceneggiatura di David Mamet. I dialoghi sono strepitosi per sagacia, ottenendo spesso quell’effetto che i latini sintetizzavano col motto “castigat ridendo mores”.
