I'll also state a controversial opinion that Closer than Together is altogether a very solid album minus a few editing faux pas. Quite honestly, some of the songs were quite timely, especially when you look at the fact that it was released a year before the pandemic and one of the most turbulent political periods in modern American history.

Had we known we’d be writing this we may have stayed a bit more sober, paid closer attention and maybe even taken some notes along the way.
