You might be able to electrically throttle using a motor control, or just add valving in the plumbing...which, would create back pressure of course.
PantonValentine. Fermenting on the grain. I ran an all-grain mash and after moving that to another fermenter I threw the grains in a bucket with some sugar and pitched some yeast in there too. My question for others that do this is: what do you when all the grains float to the top and start to dry out? Do you stir it every day? Can I Ieave it?
