  7. My family and I (m34, f32, 11 and 9 yo) are moving to Sioux City. I’ve been doing some research and trying to figure out some of the better areas in town but it seems most of it is good. We are coming from a much bigger place with its own issues, so the question is, are there any truly “don’t go here” areas that I should be aware of while house shopping?
