3 giorni fa · Captain Ben Miller says 32-year-old Darious Fletcher of Lincoln has been arrested for being an accessory to two counts of first-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm. Miller says Fletcher was with Christopher Johnson around 2:00 a.m. when a verbal argument took place with Carlos Silva and Terrell Jones.

Miller said surveillance video showed Johnson and Fletcher arriving at The Office, 640 West Prospector Court, early Saturday, not long after the two victims, 39-year-old Carlos Silva and 40-year-old Terrell Jones, had arrived with friends. Johnson and Fletcher are seen on video talking to each other before the shooting.

He was found in the 1400 block of S. 10th and taken into custody without incident Tuesday evening.
