2 giorni fa · The basic 500 mL to 10g LME and 10 agar agar (or whatever the adjusted ratio is). I think I tweaked it slightly lower (8g) but that doesn't seem an issue. Did a lot of plates because I only have a SAB and it's my first time doing this, as well as being told MS syringe to agar is likely to contaminate a lot.
