3 giorni fa · The Lindy Hop (or Lindy) is a partner dance that originated in 1920's and 30's Harlem, New York. The Dance itself consists of both 8 and 6 count steps and it includes footwork borrowed from the Charleston and Tap.
other lindy hop dancers, less than five maybe, are pretty good but understandably also more active in other scenes that have a bigger community (hiphop, ballroom). I've found some possible dance studios to rent, parks to meet at regularly, and restaurants/bars that would be good venues.
