Whilst the first three movies enjoy a noticeable upgrade from their previous lossy Blu-ray audio tracks to lossless audio tracks this time around, and the fourth already had a strong, demo lossless accompaniment, fans will still be understandably disappointed that none of them were afforded a full Dolby Atmos track.

We reviewed the UK Ultra HD Blu-ray release of Mission: Impossible III on a LG 55B7 Dolby Vision 4K Ultra HD OLED TV with an LG UP970 Dolby Vision 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player.

4 lug 2018 · If the first Mission: Impossible film in 4K was a noteworthy improvement over the original Blu-ray release, Mission: Impossible II somehow manages to make for an even more striking upgrade on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, also blowing the old 1080p Blu-ray disc out of the water, with Woo's bright, explosion-packed style lending itself particularly well to the benefits of HDR, WCG and Dolby Vision.
