2 giorni fa · Mike Oldfield — Tubular Bells (1973) Nato dall’etichetta inglese più artigianale (all’epoca), la Virgin, frutto di un ottimo investimento, il disco scalò velocemente la classifica inglese, senza arrivare al primo posto perché le copie immesse erano poche e quindi furono subito esaurite, con i negozi d’importazione di tutto il mondo che facevano a botte per averne almeno una.
On May 25th, 1973, Mike Oldfield released 'Tubular Bells', his debut album and the first album on Virgin Records. Oldfield, who was 19 years old when it was recorded, played almost all the instruments on the mostly instrumental album.
