A silly romp about a dog trying to make it as a star in Hollywood and guided by the voice of starlet. This is a cute dog movie with a screwball comedy twist. The “Hallelujah” sequences when Mooch meets different stars is peak comedy, and the chaotic scenes at the pet clinic were a lot of fun.
