A group of cooks at an asylum for the criminally insane get locked in with the inmates during a massive thunderstorm. In 1989, in Washington, the friends George, Max and Ricky are aspirant musicians that play in a band in their leisure time.
Asylum Blackout. George, Max and Ricky are in a rock band. Between small gigs and rehearsals, they hope for their big breakthrough. In the meanwhile, someone has to pay the bills! So they work in the kitchen of a high security asylum.
