Charles Vine, an inexperienced agent, is assigned to keep an eye on Swedish scientist Henrik Jacobsen, who is working on a formula for Regrav, a process that reverses gravitational waves. Charles is authorized to kill any person who interferes with his investigation or whom he finds suspicious.
