Anna era una discendente del conte Giorgio I di Veldenz († 1347) e figlia-erede del suo prozio Federico III, ultimo conte di Veldenz della dinastia dei Signori di Geroldseck, marito di Margherita di Nassau-Saarbrücken.
Principessa Anna Maria di Svezia (svedese: Anna Gustavsdotter; 19 giugno 1545 – 30 marzo 1610) fu una contessa palatina di Veldenz come moglie di Giorgio Giovanni I, conte palatino di Veldenz. Funse da reggente dal 1592 al 1598 e successivamente supervisionò la partizione dei territori tra i suoi figli maschi.
Anne of Veldenz ( c. 1390 – 18 November 1439 in Wachenheim) was a Countess suo jure of Veldenz. She was a member of the Hohengeroldseck family, the second family to rule Veldenz.
In 1444 the county came under the rule of Stephen, Count Palatine of Simmern-Zweibrücken by his marriage to Anna of Veldenz, the only heiress of Count Frederick III of Veldenz. As of 1532, the entire County Palantine of Zweibrücken passed to the child Wolfgang.
Countess Palatine Anna of Veldenz (12 November 1540 – 30 March 1586) was Margravine of Baden-Durlach by marriage to Charles II, Margrave of Baden-Durlach, and co-regent of the Margraviate of Baden-Durlach during the minority of her son Ernest Frederick from 1577 to 1584.
Anna was the heiress of Frederick III, the last Count of Veldenz from the Hohengeroldseck family, and his wife Margaret of Nassau-Saarbrücken. In 1409, she married to Stephen, Count Palatine of Simmern-Zweibrücken , thereby bringing the County of Veldenz into the possession of the Dukes of Palatinate-Zweibrücken .
