Richard Lanthier. Bass / Vocals. Richard grew up in Montreal and has been interested by music at a very young age. His musical career began in the 70’s, playing with several rock bands, while being very much influenced by the prog rock era and the whole British rock scene.

[17][33][34][35] LeBoeuf left April Wine the following July and was replaced by Richard Lanthier from the Yes tribute band Close to the Edge. In the spring of 2011, Breen announced he was leaving the band. After a search for a suitable replacement, Richard Lanthier was chosen as the new bassist bringing a new tighter bass sound to the rhythm section, and backing vocals.
