Uno scienziato russo crea una nuova arma di cui non riesce a contenere gli effetti. Arriva l'agente Adam Chance a proteggerlo. Un'anemica brutta copia di 007, come ce n'erano tante in giro all'epoca. Nacque infatti come pilota per una serie televisiva ma poi fu distribuito al cinema.
