25 apr 2024 · Slam Bamboo (sometimes as Slam Bam Boo) was a 1980s synthpop band from Cleveland that formed in 1983 following the dissolution of new wave group Boy Wonder. Trent Reznor played keyboards in Slam Bamboo for six months to a year in the late 1980s.
During this time, Reznor also contributed on keyboards to the band Slam Bamboo and briefly joined the new wave band Lucky Pierre. [26] [27] Reznor got a job at Cleveland's Right Track Studio as an assistant engineer and janitor. [28]
