Eddie Lang, pseudonimo di Salvatore Massaro (Filadelfia, 25 ottobre 1902 – New York, 26 marzo 1933), è stato un chitarrista statunitense di origine italiana. È considerato da molti il migliore tra i suoi contemporanei e uno dei migliori specialisti di chitarra ritmica di tutti i tempi.
Lang and Joe Venuti recorded with Roger Wolfe Kahn and Jean Goldkette and performed with the Adrian Rollini Orchestra. Lang recorded with blues guitarist Lonnie Johnson under the name Blind Willie Dunn to hide his race and as a tribute to blues guitarist Blind Lemon Jefferson.

23 set 2019 · In 1926, Venuti and Lang first recorded together as members of the Roger Wolfe Kahn Orchestra but they soon became too important to be associated with only one band.
He played in many orchestras including Roger Wolfe Kahn Orchestra , Jean Goldkette and with Paul Whiteman (appearing on one short number with Venuti in Whiteman’s 1930 film “King Of Jazz“). Lang was a versatile player who could back Blues singers, play Classical music, and jam with the greatest musicians of his day.
