Maxim Zetkin (1 August 1883, Paris – 19 August 1965, East Berlin) was a German politician and surgeon.
Maxim Zetkin kehrte nach Kriegsende 1945 nach Deutschland zurück und wirkte beim Wiederaufbau des Gesundheitswesens in der sowjetischen Besatzungszone mit. Er trat 1946 der SED bei. Von 1947 bis 1960 war er als Professor an der Berliner Humboldt-Universität tätig.

Konstantin "Kostja" Zetkin (14 April 1885 – September 1980) was a German physician, social economist and political activist. He was the son of Clara Zetkin, an iconic pioneer of the political left in Germany. For a time, he became the lover of another, Rosa Luxemburg.
