Sooty (2001–2004) Sooty is a British children's slapstick television series that aired on CITV and the Mini CITV block from September 2011 to October 2018. It was later rerun on ITVBe 's "Little Be" strand. It was the fifth such incarnation of the series to feature the titular character Sooty, following the previous series which ended in 2004.
Sooty: Created by Harry Corbett. With Richard Cadell, Brenda Longman, Peter Dickson, Justin Lee Collins. Richard is in charge of running Slater's Holiday Park and things are bound to go wrong when Sooty, Sweep and Soo are around!

Sooty, also referred to as The Sooty Show, aired through 5th September 2011 and 1st December 2013 on the CITV channel, and 3rd September 2018 - 8th October 2018 on LittleBe. It was filmed largely at Richard Cadell's theme park in Somerset, Fun City in Brean Leisure Park, also the location of the feature-length direct-to-DVD special, The Big Day Out which also acted as a pilot for this series ...
Sooty and Sweep appeared as surprise guests on The Chris Moyles Show in his "Birthday Show" for BBC Radio 1 on 18 February 2011. Sooty, Sweep and Soo were the guest judges on the fifth episode of the second series of The Matt Lucas Awards, a TV programme originally shown on BBC One on Tuesday, 9 April 2013.
