14 mag 2021 · It's worth pointing out that Eastman changed the 52nd street design a bit recently, when they moved the production from a Taiwan factory to their own plant in China. The new design is said to be more in the "Mark VI" spirit instead of the previous "vintage American" style. They play differently.

The standard finish is a mock brown leather, but as mentioned earlier the Gerald Albright alto case is finished in black - mock-croc, no less. And not only do you get a polishing cloth, a sling (quite a nice one), a crook bag and some cork grease - you also get a mouthpiece with a cap and a ligature that matches the finish of the horn.
