Eupraxia Vsevolodovna of Kiev (c. 1067 – 10 July 1109 [1]) (sometimes westernised as Praxedis; in Old East Slavic Еоупраксиа [2]) was a Holy Roman Empress consort. She was the daughter of Vsevolod I, Grand Prince of Kiev, and his wife Anna Polovetskaya, daughter of a Cuman khan.

Eupraxia of Kiev, Holy Roman Empress, was born 1071 to Vsevolod I Yaroslavich of Kiev (1030-1093) and Anna Polovetskaya (c1050-1111) and died 20 July 1109 of unspecified causes. She married Heinrich IV of the Holy Roman Empire (1050-1106).
In 1067, Vsevolod's Greek wife died and he soon married a Kypchak princess, Anna Polovetskaya. They had a son, who drowned after the Battle of the Stugna River, and daughters, one becoming a nun and another, Eupraxia of Kiev, marrying Emperor Henry IV. The Cumans again invaded Kievan Rus' in 1068.
