Magdalena of Nassau-Dillenburg (15 December 1547 at Dillenburg Castle in Dillenburg – 16 May 1633 in Öhringen) was a daughter of William I, Count of Nassau-Siegen and his second wife, Juliana of Stolberg. Magdalena was a sister of William the Silent. Life. Magdalena spent most of her life at Weikersheim castle.

She married Graf Wolfgang zu Hohenlohe-Neuenstein-Weickersheim II. on 27 January 1567, in Dillenburg, Lahn-Dill-Kreis, Hesse, Germany. They were the parents of at least 8 sons and 9 daughters. She died on 16 May 1633, in Öhringen, Württemberg, Germany, at the age of 85.

Biography. Herford Abbey, 2014. Magdalene was born on 23 February 1596 [1] as the fifth and youngest daughter of Count John VII 'the Middle' of Nassau-Siegen and his first wife, Countess Magdalene of Waldeck-Wildungen. [2] From 1622 Magdalene spent most of her time in Herford Abbey, where she held the office of deaconess since 1628.
