Benfield School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Walkergate, Newcastle upon Tyne, England. There is an ongoing consultation to close Benfield Sixth Form from September 2023.

Benfield School in Newcastle was the first purpose built comprehensive school in the United Kingdom, following the reorganisation of education in England. The old North View County School was closed with all pupils transfering to the new school site on Benfield Road.
