Tumor Circus was a collaboration between Jello Biafra and members of Steel Pole Bath Tub and Grong Grong. They released one self-titled album in 1991.
Jello Biafra, pseudonimo di Eric Reed Boucher (Boulder, 17 giugno 1958), è un cantante e compositore statunitense. Inizialmente divenne noto come frontman e autore dei Dead Kennedys , celebre gruppo Hardcore punk di San Francisco .

Su Tumor Circus (Alternative Tentacles, 1991) le cadenze marziali e il recitato esagitato di Biafra si fondono a meraviglia con il rumore strumentale dei comprimari. In Hazing For Success , sembra di ascoltare un incrocio genetico fra i Sonic Youth e i Dead Kennedys che sia stato sottoposto a radiazioni lisergiche.
