Ciarán McDonald, formerly known by his stage name bearface (also stylized as Bear//Face) is a singer, rapper, and producer from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He was a member of the boy band BROCKHAMPTON.

Before joining the band, Ciarán uploaded music to his SoundCloud and Bandcamp pages starting 2011. He shared some solo music and remixes in that period.

As a member of BH, he came to be known for performing a ballad at the end of each album in the Saturation trilogy — consisting of "WASTE", "SUMMER", and "TEAM". He was the executive producer for BH's penultimate album The Family (2022).

Upon The Family's release, Ciarán shared an image to his social media that stated he wanted to retire his bearface alias. Despite that, his name on social media platforms remains bearface or bearfaceington as of January 2023.

Ciarán was born in England and moved to Belfast, Northern Ireland aged 10. He started playing the guitar at age 11 or 12 and started producing (in bands) by age 16. He considers himself to have "started making electronic music properly" in 2012.

His former stage name "bearface" dates back to SoundCloud and Bandcamp uploads from 2011. He also shared a beat tape Beat_Tape in 2012. He said he met Romil Hemnani in a studio session in New York, which set him up to join the band.
