Barbara Edelpöck (Hungarian: Edelpöck/Edelpeck Borbála; ? – 9 March 1495) was the mistress of Matthias Corvinus, King of Hungary. She gave birth to the King's only, although illegitimate, child, John Corvinus .

Die aus Stein stammende Bürgerstochter Barbara Edelpöck, Tochter des Hans Edelpöck, war die Geliebte des ungarischen Königs Matthias Corvinus und Mutter seines einzigen Sohnes Johannes. Sie dürften sich vermutlich 1470 bei seinem Aufenthalt in Wien kennengelernt haben.
It was probably in February–March 1470, when he was 27 years old and already a widow for six years, that King Matthias met the pretty commoner from Stein an der Donau in Lower Austria, Barbara Edelpöck, during his abortive meeting in Vienna with Frederick III, possibly in the whirl of a carnival ball.
