Joel Larson (born April 29, 1947) is an American rock drummer and percussionist who is known as a founding member of The Merry-Go-Round and for being associated with the Turtles and the Grass Roots.
Joel Larson is a respected drummer in two major epicenters of change in the rock and roll world. As a member of several well known rock groups, he was in the heat of the action in popular music during the turbulent 60’s and 70’s.
