23 nov 2023 · GENEVA (23 November 2023) – Ahead of COP28 in Dubai, the Special Rapporteur on Human Rights and the Environment, David Boyd, has published a policy brief calling for the implementation of a human rights-based approach to climate finance.
The Special Rapporteur on the issue of human rights obligations relating to the enjoyment of a safe, clean, healthy and sustainable environment, David R. Boyd, submits the present report in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 52/23.
David Sebastian Boyd (born 6 February 1988) is a Danish musician who is best known as the lead vocalist, guitarist, keyboardist and programmer of the alternative rock band New Politics.
