Sofia of Pomerania-Wolgast (died before 21 August 1408), was a German noblewoman. She was the daughter of Duke Bogislav VI of Pomerania-Wolgast and the spouse and widow of a brief ruler of Gotland, the deposed Swedish Prince Eric of Mecklenburg.

Caterina di Pomerania-Wolgast ( 1465 – 1526) figlia di Eric II di Pomerania-Wolgast, e quindi appartenente al casato dei Greifen, e di Sofia di Pomerania-Stolp fu Duchessa di Brunswick-Lüneburg come moglie di Enrico IV di Brunswick-Lüneburg . Da questo matrimonio nacquero 9 figli: Cristoforo, arcivescovo di Brema (circa 1487 - 1558)
Eric II (3 settembre 1483 – 22 dicembre 1508) fu un duca di Meclemburgo, era un figlio di Magnus II, duca di Meclemburgo, e di sua moglie Sofia di Pomerania-Wolgast. Eric regnò sul Meclemburgo-Schwerin congiuntamente ai suoi fratelli Enrico V e Alberto VII e suo zio Baldassarre dopo la morte di suo padre il 27 dicembre 1503.
