They recorded their debut album at Devonshire Sound Studios with producer Mark Dodson, though Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee co-produced two songs. The album featured contributions from Stephen Perkins of Jane's Addiction, John Norwood Fisher of Fishbone and Bronx Style Bob among others.
This video was fetured on "Hard 'n Heavy" and this is such a tallented band that it's a sin that theres almost nothin' of 'em on youtube.

Blending funk and metal, the band began creating originals and signed with London Records, releasing just one album in 1992. Mark Dodson did most of the producing, but two songs -- produced by Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee -- drew particular interest. The Love Hogs toured with L.A. It's hard to believe that anyone could compare this amazing album to Ugly Kid Joe. This CD has excellent production, song writing, musicianship, and is very original in it's style.
