Adrienne Ames (born Ruth Adrienne McClure; August 3, 1907 – May 31, 1947) was an American film actress. Early in her career she was known as Adrienne Truex.
Biografia. Nata nel 1903 [1] a Fort Worth nel Texas, iniziò la sua carriera cinematografica nel 1927. Fu lanciata come attrice per interpretare piccoli ruoli in film muti. Con l'avvento del sonoro la sua popolarità aumentò e venne contattata anche per alcuni film musicali. Negli anni '30 prese parte a circa 30 film.
