5 ott 2021 · Gale Paridjanian is the latest member of Turin Brakes to announce a brand-new music project. The new album HIFILOFI SCIFIWIFI will be released under the artist name GALE P. The first song There She Goes is streaming now, and it’s a great tune featuring some guitar wizardry and lovely lyrics.
Turin Brakes are an English band, comprising original duo of Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian, and long-term collaborators Rob Allum and Eddie Myer. They had a UK top 5 hit in 2003 with their song " Painkiller (Summer Rain) ".
27 ott 2002 · Turin Brakes’s debut single was released in 1999. The film was never made. Olly Knights was born around the corner to Paridjanian in 1976. He boasts `English, Irish and Norwegian’ blood and looks forward to the day when he ends up, along with the other men in his family, looking like `a huge Norwegian bear’.

The South London 4-Piece comprising Olly Knights, Gale Paridjanian, Rob Allum and Eddie Myer recorded this new set of songs at Twin Palms - Olly's garden studio - over the summer of 2021, choosing to let time infuse into the music and mature in a way it couldn't in a pressurised commercial studio setting.
